Workmanship Warranty
Blue Line Upfitters warrants that installation services performed by us will be completed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards.
This workmanship warranty is limited to the correction of installation-related defects caused directly by our work and does not extend to product failure, vehicle system failure, or misuse.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, any workmanship warranty is limited to 30 days from the date of service completion.

Manufacturer Equipment Warranties
All emergency lighting, electronic components, accessories, and equipment installed by Blue Line Upfitters are subject solely to the manufacturer’s warranty, if any.
Blue Line Upfitters does not manufacture the equipment and makes no independent warranty regarding:
• Product performance
• Product lifespan
• Manufacturer defects
• Firmware, software, or electronic failures
Warranty claims for equipment must be handled directly with the manufacturer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Vehicle Systems Disclaimer
Vehicle upfitting may involve interaction with factory electrical, computer, CAN-bus, charging, or control systems. Blue Line Upfitters is not responsible for:
• Pre-existing vehicle issues or defects
• Manufacturer software updates affecting installed equipment
• Vehicle warranty denial by the manufacturer or dealer
• Electrical, charging, or battery limitations imposed by the vehicle manufacturer
• Changes to vehicle behavior caused by manufacturer system updates
Customer acknowledges that modern vehicles—especially hybrid and electric vehicles—may impose operational limitations beyond our control.

Customer-Supplied Equipment
Blue Line Upfitters assumes no warranty or responsibility for customer-supplied parts, equipment, wiring, or accessories, including compatibility, safety, or reliability.
Any installation of customer-supplied equipment is performed at the customer’s risk.

This warranty does not apply to damage or failure resulting from:
• Improper use or operation
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Environmental damage
• Accidents or vehicle misuse
• Failure to follow manufacturer recommendations

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable operational, departmental, or jurisdictional requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Blue Line Upfitters shall not be liable for:
• Loss of vehicle use
• Downtime
• Lost revenue
• Indirect or consequential damages
Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
