BLU Return Policy

We stand behind the products we sell and want you to be confident in your purchase.


Return Authorization (RMA) Required

All returns must be authorized in advance. Before sending any item back, customers are required to contact Blue Line Upfitters to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an approved RMA number clearly marked on the package may be refused or returned to the sender. The RMA process helps ensure accurate tracking, proper inspection, and timely processing of refunds or exchanges.


Eligible Returns

Most new, unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To qualify:

  • Items must be unused and not installed
  • Items must be in original, factory condition
  • All original components, hardware, and packaging must be included

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend test-fitting or positioning the product prior to installation to ensure it meets your needs before making any permanent modifications.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of emergency and electrical equipment, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Batteries
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Full-size light bars
  • Replacement parts
  • Any item that has been installed or modified

Refund & Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected at our facility:

  • Refunds or exchanges are typically processed within 72 business hours
  • PayPal refunds are issued immediately once approved
  • Credit card refunds may take up to 5 business days to appear, depending on your card issuer

Condition-Based Adjustments

Returns showing signs of use, damage, missing components, or incomplete packaging may:

  • Be subject to a restocking or damage fee, or
  • Be declined entirely

If any adjustments apply, you will be notified before processing.
