Return Authorization (RMA) Required
All returns must be authorized in advance. Before sending any item back, customers are required to contact Blue Line Upfitters to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an approved RMA number clearly marked on the package may be refused or returned to the sender. The RMA process helps ensure accurate tracking, proper inspection, and timely processing of refunds or exchanges.
Eligible Returns
Most new, unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To qualify:
